Cameras are accessible to everyone nowadays. We have them on our mobile phones, so we can film anything, at any time, but it's a completely different matter if you want to arrange everything into a neat montage. This is where BeeCut comes in. The software provides you with a series of video editing tools, which are much easier to master than what other similar programs have to offer. From importing your raw footage to exporting your finished product, everything can be done on the fly, without encountering any kind of complications.

The software is free to try but without any major functionality limitations. You can run it on any modern Windows system, without having to install any special drivers or codecs. The setup package is smaller than that of other video editing software, so it won't take long to have BeeCut up and running.

The user interface has the same layout as that of most video editing software on the market. It's divided into three main sections, where you can import your media, arrange your footage into a timeline, and preview your montage. The software provides support for all popular video and audio formats, so you should be able to import just about any media file you have in your local folder, by simply dragging and dropping them.

You can send your imported media to the timeline with a single click, and you can also browse through a wide range of preset visual effects, on different tabs, in the same region of the interface. Editing footage in the timeline is as simple as you'd expect. You can arrange your pieces in any order you want, trim them add different soundtracks and so on.

BeeCut provides you with several output options. You can export your montage as a normal video file, in MP4, AVI or other formats, but you can also export an optimized version for your Android or iOS smartphone. If you're only interested in a video's soundtrack, then you can pick the third option and save it as a separate MP3 or AAC file. Regardless of your choice, the process shouldn't take too long to complete, especially on a modern-day computer. You won't encounter any complicated options along the way, so you can effortlessly make the video you have in mind.

BeeCut's straight-forward functionality and easy-to-master controls make it an excellent replacement for numerous video editors out there.

Pros

You can create a video montage without any complications. The software's controls are well organized and easy to master. It supports numerous media formats, and it provides various output options.

Cons

Although they're easy to understand, the controls can get a bit unwieldy and unresponsive in certain situations, like if you try to work faster.
